ATD (Airport-to-Door)

This pricing applies to transport from an airport to a delivery address and includes: air freight, port handling fees at the origin and destination terminals, the main security- and fuel-related surcharges, any transshipments required by the chosen air route, and the pre/on-carriage plus fuel surcharges within the catchment area of the destination airport.
